This Stanford Innovation Review article, (by Forrest Briscoe and Abhinav Gupta of The Pennsylvania State University and The University of Washington respectively), is a “playbook for how employees can be effective change agents and how leaders can respond to employee activism”, offering insights into the full spectrum of today’s employee activism, taking into consideration the risks, as well as advice to managers facing this rising trend who want to offer support to their colleagues.
