Dare to Lead – Brené Brown, 2018

Dr. Brené Brown has spent twenty years researching the human emotions of courage, vulnerability, shame and empathy.

Dr. Brené Brown has spent twenty years researching the human emotions of courage, vulnerability, shame and empathy.

Starting out in social work, her qualitative research has created a vast body of evidence to show how humans work through complex and potentially limiting emotions to develop courage and resilience.

Her latest book draws on research insights gained through working with world class organisations and presents a new model of leadership that is more likely to both hold firm and create success outcomes in light of the complex business challenges that lie ahead.

The great news is that this book also provides also a toolkit for how to evolve the skills underpinning daring leadership.
