Jobseekers are prioritising organisations that offer sabbaticals in work-life blend shift

Offering sabbaticals can increase job satisfaction and reduce churn - making them an increasingly attractive option in today's war for talent.

Sabbaticals are gaining popularity among employees and employers alike, as a means to combat burnout and improve work-life balance.

Over half of managers report their organisations offer sabbatical leave, with younger managers particularly valuing this benefit. Employers see sabbaticals as a way to boost wellbeing, cultivate flexibility and retain talent.

Recent Harvard Business Review research suggests that sabbaticals are on the rise, and that offering them can increase job satisfaction and reduce churn, making them an increasingly attractive option in today's competitive job market.
