One of the largest studies to date on the benefits of hybrid working, has identified the optimal ‘win-win-win' approach.

 

Stanford University's Institute for Economic Policy Research data shows that the three-day in-office hybrid model improves retention and satisfaction.

 

This results in equal employee success across creative and team-oriented employees in functions like marketing, finance and engineering.
