Companies with flexible policies outperform those with in-person mandates

A new BCG survey shows fully flexible companies outperform less flexible competitors - by quite some margin...

According to a new US survey carried out in conjunction with Boston Consulting Group, ‘fully flexible’ companies - those that either operate entirely remotely or allow employees to choose their office attendance schedule - experienced a whopping 21% increase in sales between 2020 and 2022 when adjusted for industry averages. 

 

In contrast, companies with hybrid or fully onsite workforces witnessed a more modest 5%  growth over the same timeframe…
